My Poem

મારી વધુ એક રચના :

ઝાકળ જેવા બૂંદ અમે,

અડકો ને ઘડીમાં ખરી પડીએ !

સાવ નિરાળા દોસ્ત અમે,

હસતાં હસતાં રડી લઇએ !

નમણી આંખની નજાકત અમે,

નજર મેળવોને ઢળી પડીએ !

કોરા કાગળંનો અવકાશ અમે,

સ્મિત આપો ને રંગો ભરી દઇએ !

We are drops just like dew:

the moment you touch,

we fall down!

We are friends, cast in different clay;

we cry

even while laughing!

We are daintiness

of tender eyes

We collapse

if our eyes meet!

We are the blank space

of a page

you smile

and we fill in the colours!
