This is the law of the nature that when the balanced state disturbed in the world, human Mind (Mana), Consciousness (Chitt) and power of Discrimination (Buddhi) are covered with ego (Ahankaar), people have become selfish and fighting for self interest of solid materialism, the grossness prevails every where…it is proclaimed in Bhagavada Geeta :
यदा यदा हि धर्मस्य ग्लनिर्भवति भारत ।
अभ्युत्थानम् धर्मस्य तदत्मान् सुजाम्यहम् ॥
